Robert Half Front Desk Administrator in Norwalk, Connecticut
Description We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in NORWALK, Connecticut. As the Front Desk Administrator, your primary role will be to ensure smooth office operations while providing superior customer service and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing tenant queries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Oversee detail-oriented email correspondence, responding in a timely manner to tenants and contractors
• Accurately process data related to properties and tenant details
• Uphold the receptionist duties, ensuring the front desk is organized and well managed
• Monitor and manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Established experience in Receptionist Duties, preferably within the Real Estate & Property sector.
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Detail oriented attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Understanding of the real estate industry, property management, and related terminology would be advantageous.
