Job Description

Currently seeking a CNC Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Norton, MA.

Responsibilities of CNC Operator

-Set-up and operate CNC machines

-Load and unload materials from machines

-Perform deburring tasks

-Interpret and follow drawing, manuals, and job specifications

-Trouble shoot and fix issues or malfunctions that may arise

-Perform preventative and basic maintenance on machines

-Monitor machines, adjusting setting as needed

-Perform quality checks throughout process

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of CNC Operator

-Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred

-Previous experience operating CNC machines

-Ability to work independently or in team setting

-Able to read, analyze and interpret jobs orders and specifications

-Knowledgeable of precision measuring tools

-Able to multi-task

-Great time management and organizational skills

-Superior attention to detail

-Strong communication skills

Hours: 3:30pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday OR 11:00pm-7:30 pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00/hr
