Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a fully remote Paralegal role to support a growing law office in Northridge, California. This role will be primarily remote and is open to candidates nationwide, provided they have experience in California. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including e-filing, conducting eDiscovery, and assisting in trial preparation.

Duties/Requirements:

• 2 + years experience

• Nice to have bad faith insurance experience

• E-file State and Fed

• Conduct eDiscovery

• Propound and response to discovery

• Correspond with opposing counsel

• Assist in trial preparation

• Exposure to lit calendaring

• Tech Savvy

  Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal

• Proficient in e-File system

• Familiarity with Ediscovery and Discovery processes

• Experience in handling Discovery Requests and Discovery Responses

• Proficient in preparing for Pre-trials and Pretrial processes

• MUST HAVE RECENT RELEVANT CA EXPERIENCE
