Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee federal government projects. You will lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents (Team of 6) to ensure project success. Your role involves managing client expectations through continuous communication on project budget and schedule, running comprehensive project schedules, overseeing submittal, change order, and pay request processes, and collaborating with field superintendents and subcontractors. You will mediate field conflicts, negotiate and write contracts, expedite permitting with state and local agencies, and organize project weather logs, safety reports, and daily Superintendent reports.
