LRS Consulting Services is seeking a SAP Software Application Developer for a Direct Hire (with option for fully remote work) opportunity with our Manufacturing client in the Northern suburbs of Chicago, IL!

SAP Software Application Developer (Remote Position) The SAP Software Developer will work as part of a small and high performing eCommerce/Customer Experience team and will be required to contribute to the development and support of SAP Commerce Cloud for a number of internal customers. We currently have multiple instances of SAP Commerce cloud in production with plans to expand to multiple more in the near future. The SAP Software Application Developer will work within the Customer Experience Applications Group in Corporate IT and report to the Manager of eCommerce. This position will require excellent proven communication and facilitation skills. This is a fully remote position. Candidate must be:

• eCommerce system development and optimization experience

• Very reliable and dependable

• Able to work to tight deadlines Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands on SAP Commerce Cloud developer (Hybris)

• Skilled with B2B & B2C modules of Hybris

• 3+ years experience working in a variety of programming languages including in Java & Spring framework, PL SQL Experience (Preferably Oracle), Angular, Apache Solr, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Restful Web Services, Log4j, Tomcat/Apache, GitLab, Jenkin, Agile Methodology.

• Excellent understanding of Angular based platform development

• Experience with implementing Dev-Ops

• Application development experience

• Appetite for learning and self-development

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of enterprise deployments & code management systems

• eCommerce system development and optimization experience

• Experience integrating systems to corporate ERP, CRM, Payment switches etc.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory

• Knowledge of JD Edwards Data Structure

• Experience in manufacturing industries a plus

• You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Duties:

• Work with customers to collect ecommerce requirements

• Develop approach documentation and technical documentation

• Provide project management and be able to work independently

• Development of new eCommerce implementations on SAP Commerce Cloud

• Support of new eCommerce implementations on SAP Commerce Cloud

• Development of enhancements to eCommerce implementations on SAP Hybris and SAP Commerce Cloud

• Keep up-to-date with eCommerce platform tools and facilitate required updates

• Manage support incidents with third party vendors/consultants

• Coordinate development activities with third party consultants

• Other duties as assigned

• Travel <10%
