Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience with CNC Milling or CNC Lathe/Turning. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts on the machine, performing inspections, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will work with equipment such as Okuma’s 3 axis, 4 axis, and 5 axis with tombstone pallets, Brother, and other machinery.

Hard Skills

• CNC Milling or CNC Lathe/Turning (Minimum 1 year experience)

• Ability to load and unload parts on machine

• Inspection

• Knowledge of G-Code (PLUS)

• Experience with Okuma’s 3 axis, 4 axis, and 5 axis machines

Soft Skills

• Ability to maximize efficiency and productivity with tooling and fixturing

• Troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail

• Capability to perform basic maintenance

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Wales, Pennsylvania.
