HVAC Service Techs needed in Lorain, OH $25-48HR Weekly pay!

A leading mechanical construction company is currently seeking HVAC techs to work in the Lorain, OH area servicing commercial and industrial projects. If you are someone who is eager to work and has experience in the field please apply!

Job description

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment in commercial buildings

• Repairing, or replacing all types of pumps, refrigeration equipment, pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, ventilation, and air distribution equipment according to prints, specifications, diagrams, or other instructions.

• Commercial service work on commercial properties

• Maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

• Repair or replace components on various air conditioner units chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, mini splits

• Repair sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods for HVAC systems utilizing blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Maintain, and repair fan, cabinet, and unit heaters

• Maintain and repair gas heating equipment

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial or industrial sites doing HVAC service work

• Must have own basic tools. no list provided from customer, but basic tools needed.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing

• Replacing sheet metal

Shifts

• M-F 7am-3:30pm

Work Environment

• Working all over the Lorain, OH area
