Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst. The role involves assisting our software development teams by analyzing business requirements and converting these into acceptance criteria for Software Engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AB testing procedures to improve software performance

• Facilitate Agile Scrum meetings to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication

• Create and maintain process documentation to facilitate understanding and transparency

• Generate technical documentation to support software development and maintenance

• Define acceptance criteria for software development based on detailed analysis of business requirements

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate software functionality

• Write user stories to provide clear and concise requirements for software engineers

• Develop process flow charts to visualize the steps in a process or system

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

• Define feature requirements to guide software development

• Conduct sprint demos to showcase software functionality and gather feedback.

Requirements • Proficiency in AB Testing methodologies and tools

• Strong familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Demonstrated ability in creating process documentation

• Experience in creating technical documentation

• Proven expertise in defining acceptance criteria

• Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Ability to write comprehensive user stories

• Experience in creating and interpreting process flow charts

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements

• Proficiency in defining feature requirements

• Proven ability to define requirements effectively
