The Supply Chain Analyst will be a key partner responsible for driving significant analysis opportunities across Amazon Robotics Supply Chain. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including managing operational metrics, enhancing reporting systems, and providing insightful forecasting and analysis at product level. The ideal candidate will be strategic and analytical, able to handle a high degree of ambiguity, and be proactive on looking around the corner at capturing opportunities to expand services across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Core Analytics:
• Execute operational reporting and conduct ad-hoc business analyses for leadership communication
• Develop evaluation frameworks for product cost improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain analytical models in cost, lead time and demand for business insights
Decision Support:
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions
• Analyze end-to-end impact on systems and tools
• Present findings to senior management for future initiatives
Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for manual processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network
• Develop efficiency solutions based on data insights
Business Review Management:
• Lead data-driven business reviews with stakeholders
• Track and follow up on actionable items with business leaders
• Create and present performance metrics and KPIs
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner with business leaders to implement recommended solutions
• Work with technical teams to automate reporting processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Technical: SQL, Python, R for data analysis;
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA); BI tools

Analytical: Cost, Lead time and Demand Data modeling; Process mapping & Root cause analysis
Business: Supply chain metrics; Project management; Business intelligence and Stakeholder communication
Key deliverable - Develop business intelligence dashboards for cost, lead time, demand which helps in tracking risks and opportunities to achieve financial targets on cost and lead time helping financial payback.

Basic Qualifications
