Opportunity Overview
SW License Entitlement Product Manager, Semiconductor Test Division
Teradyne is the world leader in complex semiconductor device testing and curious Marketing leaders with a mix of market knowledge and technology know-how are an essential ingredient to our success.
The License Entitlement Product Manager will be responsible for our license entitlement amongst all product lines within our Semiconductor Test Business Unit which collectively represents more than $1B in annual revenue.
Essential Functions
Lead business process development and implementation in support of our existing and next generation license management infrastructure
In collaboration with our UX team, conduct customer journey maps and use case requirements gathering to guide our product structures and license entitlement business processes
Work closely with configuration management and CRM teams to align existing and future business systems with desired business processes
Train supporting teams on licensing tools and processes
Generate customer facing collateral demonstrating the functionality and value associated with our license management infrastructure
Drive creation of customer or user documentation and training collateral
Own go-to-market planning including identification of lead customers and holistic account migration strategies
Support our customer facing field teams and customers alike throughout roll-out and into general lifecycle management
Identify and champion new business models or new revenue streams associated with the new licensing infrastructure

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education:
BS in engineering or equivalent experience, MBA is a plus.
At least 3 years of software product development, product management or product marketing experience.
Strong influence, leadership and analytical skills, with proven success in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing business processes.
Experience in Agile methodologies, change management, and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Proficiency in license management tools and experience driving the transition from legacy systems to modern software management infrastructures.
Proven experience with UX collaboration and gathering use case requirements to guide product structures and processes.
Expertise in creating and delivering technical training and documentation for global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Flexera/Revenera Licensing Systems
