The Program Manager, Strategic Large Accounts, will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the day-to-day engagements between our key customers and internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our partnerships are executed according to the highest standards, with a keen understanding of contractual obligations, intellectual property considerations, and reporting requirements.

• Customer Engagement Management:

o Ensure seamless and documented communication and coordination between the customer and internal teams.

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the customer’s organization.

o Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership, detailing the status of engagements, progress against goals, and any escalations.

o Lead the program for a designated lead customer, developing practices and capabilities that will be scaled to new strategic large accounts.

• Contract and Compliance Oversight:

o Develop a deep understanding of customer contracts and rules of engagement.

o Ensure all engagements adhere to approved contractual terms, with particular attention to intellectual property rights and content handling.

o Identify risks related to contractual compliance and intellectual property.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Coordinate closely with sales, product management, R&D, and operations to ensure alignment on customer needs, project timelines, and deliverables.

o Facilitate and document regular cross-functional meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

o Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks proactively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer facing program management, account management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of contract management, intellectual property considerations, and large-scale account coordination.

• Track record of successfully managing and growing strategic customer relationships.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprises.

• Preferably familiarity with the robotics and automation industry, including emerging trends and technologies.

• Ideally, PMP or similar project management certification.

• Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
