Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry located in NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio, United States. The role of Accounts Receivable Clerk will be part of the office environment, where the successful candidate will be expected to handle customer credit applications, maintain customer credit records, and resolve customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary

• Updating the system with relevant accounts receivable tasks

• Distributing invoice and/or credit copies to customers as required

• Retrieving proof of deliveries from various shipping websites

• Assisting with keying returns as part of the accounts receivable functions

• Communicating with customers regarding past due invoices and dispatching invoices

• Providing support to team members as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork

• Utilizing knowledge in Outlook and Excel, with the opportunity to be trained on SAP. Requirements • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures.

• Proficiency in Cash Applications.

• Practical experience with SAP software.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
