Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in North Myrtle Beach to find a Receiving Inspector to join their team! Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include:

Receive, quality check, label and store all incoming inventory

Compare quantity and part number of items received and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy of order.

Inspect purchased parts & materials for conformance to specifications. Examine items for defects in materials, work, and damage occurring in transit.

Approve or reject items, and records inspection information,

Follow instructions, work without direct supervision and continually look for ways to improve the inspection efficiency.

Qualifications for this position include:

Quality inspection and receiving experience is REQUIRED!!!!

Position requires good computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel/Word as well as the ability to learn new software programs.

High School Diploma or GED

Able to follow directions and work without direct supervision

Excellent communication skills

Good computer skills

Willing to work overtime as needed

Excellent attendance and reliable transportation

This position REUQIRES an individual who possesses good people skills for working relationship between other inspectors, engineers, and production floor personnel.

This position will start at $13/hr.(could be slightly higher based on experience) and shifts at 10 hours Monday - Thursday

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
