FirstService Residential Valet Attendant in North Miami, Florida

Job Overview:

This position is customer service driven, outgoing, friendly and enjoys people. Greets residents and guests as they arrive anddepartand offers baggage, package, grocery, parking, and informationassistance.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the needs of arriving anddepartingresidents.

  • Greets andassistsresidents and guests with baggage and package handling.

  • Answers inquiriespertaining tohotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.

  • Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.

  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.

  • Follows safety procedures andmaintainsa safe work environment.

  • Other duties asrequired.

Sills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

  • Valid Florida Driver License

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.

  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequired.

  • Previoussimilar experienced preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Heavy lifting required (baggage handling); ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs.

  • Work in an upright standing position forlong periodsof time.

  • Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g.heat, cold, wind, rain).

  • Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment.

  • Reach with hands and arms.

  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and informationby means ofthe spoken and written word.

  • Ability to navigate the property/ building quickly and easily asrequiredto meet the job functions.

  • Complete all required forms.

  • Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekendsrequired.

  • Ability to respond to emergenciesin a timely manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Compensation: $16.00 Hourly
