Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.

• Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
