Your Opportunity:Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking aCustomer Service Representativeto join their team in North Mankato, MN! The primary purpose is to understand, communicate, and satisfy our customer's needs. The customer service representative acts with a sense of urgency, is solution-oriented, approachable, professional, and takes great pride in working with customers to deliver an experience that meets and, at times, exceeds their expectations. This position will manage the overall relationship and coordination of all projects for various valued customers. This includes assisting the customer with orders and quote requests, and ensuring that our internal production personnel have the necessary information to complete jobs accurately and on time. Shift Available:Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM; must be on-site at our Corporate Graphics Commercial location. Your Responsibilities: Plan job production flow, including labor hours and specific operations Provide in-house support for sales representatives, customer service, and production Anticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately Document and maintain SOP's as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation center Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience Receive complaints from sales and/or customers and document details Write clear and concise instructions for production personnel to follow Be the voice of the customer to our production team. Support remote sales in efforts to grow revenue by managing tasks at the plant in the absence of an onsite sales rep You Must Have: High school degree or GED (general education degree) 5+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role Effective written communication skills and the ability to create short correspondence and memos for a variety of audiences Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization in person or via phone Effective time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a stressful environment Experiencing coordinating or managing projects from start to finish Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook We Would Prefer: Understanding of Commercial Print Experience with Monarch and Hagen programs About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
