Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fastlane Packaging Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team! Taylor is proud to now offer Daily Pay. Your Responsibilities: Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnel Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel Handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metrics Lead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are met Communicate during meetings, updates, and shift changes Continuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivity Willing to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if needed Ensure that all goals and deadlines are met Complete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job Ensure a safe workplace for all employees Your Shift: 2nd Shift: 4 pm to 2 am, six days a week You Must Have: Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Team player and self-motivated Highly detailed oriented and quality focus driven Problem-solving skills Able to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket We Would Also Prefer: High School Diploma or GED Previous leadership experience Production experience About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
