Your Opportunity: Navitor Midwest (a Taylor company) is hiring aProduction Supervisor in North Mankato, MN to focus on our finishing and shipping departments. This position is an excellent fit for engaging leaders who are looking for an opportunity to showcase their skills and have room to grow! Your Responsibilities: Drive results by leading and coaching others; enforce systems, policies and procedures. Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees and help them develop personal growth opportunities. Monitor workflow, observe equipment, and maintain systems that produce high quality and detailed products; help correct malfunctions and foster a spirit of cooperation between departments. Work with Team Leads to achieve results by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities for the day and monitoring progress, and reporting results on production summaries. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Your Shift: 1st Shift You Must Have: Great communication skills to share process changes and improvements with team and facility leadership. Experience in performance management (coaching, managing team performance, employee development and process improvement). Ability to move through the facility for up to 8 hours at a time, to monitor staff, operations, and operate equipment as needed. Ability to occasionally move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
