The Mail and Shipping Supervisor is responsible for operations of shipping, receiving, mail and the back end process of Marketing and Redistribution (M&R).\ \ Responsible for oversight of mail delivers on and between campuses, bulk mail and courier services\ \ Oversee the maintenance of departmental equipment on all campuses\ \ Supervise employees onsite and remotely\ \ Resolve campus issues involving shipping, receiving, mail and pick and scheduling of M&R\ \ Coordinate the disposal process with the M&R and the Inventory Control Specialist and ensure\ the property is prepared for delivery\ \ Prepare reports as requested for planning and decision making\ \ Maintain tracking document on shipments\ \ Ensure coverage for the department and remote site\ \ Performs other duties as assigned
