We are seeking a full time dedicated and skilled Awning / Exterior device installer to join our team as a potential lead individual. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients. Remodelers are welcome to apply. Mechanical ability and excellent knowledge of structural design is a must. Key Responsibilities

• Install awnings along with other exterior shields or appendages on residential and commercial buildings according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Measure and mark installation areas accurately.
• Assemble and secure awning and storm shield components using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Provide recommendations for suitable products and installation methods based on client requirements.
• Perform site clean-up after installation, ensuring all debris is removed and the area is left tidy.
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of completed jobs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Installation experience in residential or commercial applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills. (Strong English as primary comm.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of awning and storm shield materials and systems.
• Experience with installation of signs / signage.
• Excellent customer facing communication skills (Be the face of the company while on site)
