    Salary: $19.50/Hour Minimum

    Report Times: 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Daily Hours: 7.5 (7 Paid)

    Work Year: 12 month

    Supervisor: Director of Multilingual Education

    Civil Service Title: Office Clerk II

    Minimum Requirements:

    Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus EITHER:

    (A) Graduation with an Associate’s degree or successful completion of at least sixty (60) credit hours from a college or university; OR,

    (B) Two (2) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience*; OR,

    (C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.

    *Experience as a Teller, Cashier or Sales Clerk will not be considered appropriate experience for

    the purposes of these minimum qualifications.

    Desired Qualifications:

    Strong computer knowledge and experience with Google Suite;

    Strong interpersonal skills;

    Strong organizational skills;

    Ability to use telephone in a courteous and efficient manner;

    Clerical aptitude, accuracy, neatness, and follow through;

    Ability to prioritize tasks;

    Complete all work with a high degree of quality and efficiency;

    Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

    Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability;

    Knowledge of Infinite Campus;

    Knowledge of WinCap;

    Willingness to learn new tasks;

    Cross-cultural awareness skills.

    Daily attendance is expected.

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    Process payroll vouchers;

    Completing Frontline Professional Learning and Attendance entries;

    Schedule and set up interviews;

    Prepare interview and hiring packets;

    Support digital resource subscriptions;

    Prepare and submit document translations;

    Support language interpretation;

    Input data in Infinite Campus;

    Manage student data records;

    Conference & travel arrangements;

    ENL and World Language supply purchasing, ordering and inventory;

    Preparation for ENL/World Language exams and scoring;

    All other duties as assigned.
