Job Title: 1st Shift Facilities Technician III

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and capable Facilities Technician III to maintain our HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. The role requires operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment, as well as moving and installing equipment or furniture, among other related duties.

Hard Skills

• Commercial Refrigeration Experience

• Operation, repair and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment

• Moving and installation of equipment and/or furniture

• Universal EPA Licenses

• Valid Drivers Licenses

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently

• Dedication to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

• Willingness to relocate at their own expense (local candidates preferred)

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with working hours from 6AM-2:30PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves traveling from site to site using service vehicles. Uniforms and PPE are provided, and overtime is available but not mandatory. Onsite interviews will be conducted.
