It is the primary responsibility of the Chauffeur to provide courteous and professional services to our clients. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety

1. Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every trip
2. Maintain clean and safe vehicle between runs
3. Maintain a clean MVR and background
4. Maintain an up to date MedCard on you at all times if driving DOT regulated vehicles
5. Complete pre trip and post trip inspections

Communication

1. Communications with dispatch for all needs
2. Conversations with clients is kept to a minimum unless engaged by client and relating all requests to dispatch
3. Familiarity with popular locations to provide recommendations to clients when prompted

Operations

1. Consistent punctuality
2. Clear and consistent communication
3. Research trip information prior to scheduled trip
4. Provide services in accordance with training and specifications
5. Fuel Vehicles
6. Operate company used software and apps efficiently

Customer Service

1. Anticipating and understanding customer needs and deliver the expected outcomes when allowed
