Eastern Staffing and Recruiting is looking forFood Service Workers in North Charleston, SC for a Medical Facility! The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and customer-service minded. This position will be working in a Food Service environment where they pride themselves on servicing their clients!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established guidelines
• Ensures that all foods are prepared to satisfaction and in accordance with safe food handling practices.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas
• Operate food service equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Complete the Serv Safe' food sanitation class and/or Food Service Managers Certification class
• Adhere to all Health Department/HACCP rules and regulations

Requirements

• Previous food service experience is highly desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to read instructions and follow verbal and written directions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• This position may require a pre-employment drug screen and background check
