Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in the service industry. The workplace is located in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is primarily focused on handling customer service and administrative tasks, which involves processing orders and helping to schedule for maintenance checks. For this role, experience in the Service industry would be beneficial, but is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service

• Using Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and other administrative tasks

• Sending and responding to email correspondence in a timely manner

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls as part of customer service

• Keying invoices and scheduling appointments as part of general administrative work

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Occasionally answering phones and providing information or directing calls as required

Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficient in email correspondence and managing client communications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing customer orders

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Familiarity with service industry standards and best practices

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to work
