Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in North Charleston, South Carolina, 29405, United States. The individual will be part of a team that is crucial to maintaining accurate financial records in the industry.

Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications • Keeping precise records of customer credit • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Performing account reconciliation tasks • Handling both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Conducting bank reconciliations • Utilizing Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping tasks • Carrying out data entry tasks accurately • Using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and record keeping • Handling payroll duties • Assisting in month-end close activities. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must-have skill for this role.

• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• Proven experience in Bookkeeping is expected.

• Candidates should have adeptness in Data Entry.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is a significant requirement.

• Must be capable of executing Month End Close tasks.

• Experience in Payroll management is required.

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks is a mandatory requirement.

• Experience with Quickbooks Online is a major plus.
