Overview

TheAdministrative Assistantwill be responsible for providing Administrative Support for the Real Estate department

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Real Estate software to include data entry, database management and prepare information for critical data

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Preparation of documents for renewals, terminations, notices.

  • Maintenance and organization of internal files.

  • Assist in preparations of Subtenant monthly billings

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED from accredited school.

  • 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience in an office or claims/legal environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via e-mail.

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.

  • Ability to work under deadlines.

  • Strong word processing, filing, organizing and communications skills are necessary.

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.

  • Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team.

  • Must be detail – oriented, resourceful, punctual, and reliable.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and team-spirit.
