Overview
TheAdministrative Assistantwill be responsible for providing Administrative Support for the Real Estate department
Responsibilities
Maintain Real Estate software to include data entry, database management and prepare information for critical data
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Preparation of documents for renewals, terminations, notices.
Maintenance and organization of internal files.
Assist in preparations of Subtenant monthly billings
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from accredited school.
1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience in an office or claims/legal environment.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via e-mail.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Strong word processing, filing, organizing and communications skills are necessary.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.
Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team.
Must be detail – oriented, resourceful, punctual, and reliable.
The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and team-spirit.
