Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Food & Food Processing industry, located in NORTH BALTIMORE NT, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will entail processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Utilize 10 Key Skills to ensure accurate data entry

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and correspondence

• Organize files meticulously to ensure easy access and retrieval

• Perform calculations as required in the data entry process

• Use scanning and typing skills for document management. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service

• Previous experience in Data Entry

• Familiarity with Email Correspondence

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Proficient in Typing with a high level of accuracy
