Job Description for Strategic Administrative Partner: We are seeking a highly strategic, solutions-driven Administrative Partner to provide critical support to C-suite leadership. This is far more than a traditional administrative role---it requires business acumen, independent problem-solving, and the ability to execute key initiatives with minimal oversight.

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement, with an associate degree preferred

 

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

· Act as a thought partner to C-suite leadership, driving efficiency and ensuring high-priority initiatives move forward.

· Conduct independent research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.

· Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations, ensuring leadership has the insights needed for informed decision-making.

· Manage confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

· Ensure leadership is focused on needle-moving activities, filtering distractions and eliminating inefficiencies.

Project & Operational Leadership

· Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.

· Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, proactively streamlining workflows and improving internal processes.

· Orchestrate leadership team meetings, setting clear agendas, tracking key decisions, and driving follow-ups to maintain accountability.

· Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring high-priority initiatives progress without unnecessary executive involvement.

Communication & Relationship Management

· Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.

· Draft high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of leadership.

· Manage executive schedules and priorities, ensuring time is optimized for maximum impact.

· Interface with clients, partners, and key business relationships, representing the executive office with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

· Strategic mindset -- ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and proactively drive solutions.

· Exceptional research and analytical skills, capable of digesting complex information and presenting clear recommendations.

· Strong project management abilities, with a track record of leading initiatives from concept to execution.

· Superior communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.

· Tech-savvy and adaptable, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and other business productivity tools.

· High accountability and ownership mentality, ensuring key initiatives move forward effectively.

· 5+ years of experience in executive support, strategic operations, or project management role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
