DESCRIPTION OF WORK Skilled plumbing work will be carried out at a State Mental facility, encompassing installation, renovation, preventive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of plumbing fixtures, heating equipment, drainage systems, and related piping. Independent judgment will be utilized to select materials and work methods, conduct inspections on schedule, perform maintenance and repairs as needed, weld pipes when required, maintain updated records, and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.

FREE parking Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Overtime as needed Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation. A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
