Description

Are you looking for a promising role within Human Resources. We are working with a specialty company within the services industry on their search for a HR Business Partner with healthcare industry expertise. As the HR Business Partner, you will handle a variety of administrative and human resource activities such as recruitment, record keeping, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, compensation, payroll HRIS, strategic planning, confidential documentation, and assembling policies and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who can excel in a fast paced environment with the ability to implement strategic problem solving and keep abreast with the latest HR trends and best practices.

How you will make an impact

  • Recruit and interview potential candidates

  • Maintain organized employee records

  • Draft new hire documentation

  • Onboarding Offboarding

  • Track data and metrics

  • Provide administrative assistance

  • Benefits Administration

  • Arrange meetings and maintain calendars

  • OSHA Reporting

  • New Hire and Exit Interview Surveys

  • Employee Relations

  • Identify process improvements

  • Assist with HR inquiries

    Requirements

The ideal HR Business Partner will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.

Other requirements for the HR Business Partner role include and are not limited to:

  • 3+ years in a HR Generalist role or similar

  • MUST have FMLA experience

  • Paylocity experience a PLUS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
