Overview:

The OKC Xerox Manufacturing Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet both corporate and regulatory standards. Here are some key responsibilities and duties associated with this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems : Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.

  • Monitor Production Processes : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Evaluate Products and Suppliers : Inspect goods for defects or deviations.

  • Collaborate with Departments : Work with other leaders to set quality assurance goals.

  • Conduct Audits and Inspections : Identify non-compliance areas and implement corrective actions.

  • Train Employees : Educate staff on quality control measures.

  • Analyze Quality Data : Review performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Resolve Quality Issues : Address and resolve quality-related problems promptly.

  • Maintain Documentation : Keep records of quality control activities and procedural changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Understanding of Quality Control Procedures : Knowledge of relevant quality and ISO standards.

  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication Skills : Effective in training and collaborating with team members.
