Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin for a temp-to-hire role based in Norman, OK. This position is fully onsite, requiring hands-on management of office supplies and employee PPE, as well as meticulous tracking of expenses. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and possess strong organizational skills, excelling at both collaborative and independent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage expense tracking and reporting with accuracy.

• Order and maintain office supplies, including employee personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding supply distribution and budgeting.

• Act as a point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with diverse team members and departments to support HR functions.

Qualifications:

• High level of professional integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Self-starter who can follow general guidelines and accomplish tasks independently.

• Strong customer service skills, with an empathetic approach to employee needs.

• Skilled in collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with attentive listening abilities.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Sound judgment, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions.

• Proactive, willing to take initiative, and capable of working independently as needed.
