A Brief Overview\ \ The Asset Management and Trust Services (AMTS) Portfolio Management Specialist II helps deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions by leveraging the existing portfolio management process. The AMTS Portfolio Management Specialist II reports to the Director of Portfolio Management & Financial Planning, who provides a moderate level of supervision. Additionally, the AMTS Portfolio Management Specialist II works alongside Portfolio Manager(s), Portfolio Management Specialist(s), Financial Planning Specialist(s), and Wealth Advisor(s). The primary objective is to execute established portfolio management processes efficiently.\ \ What you will do

  • Utilize technology platforms to update existing portfolio monitoring tools
  • Maintain model portfolio allocation and performance data
  • Monitor trading group inbox for trade requests and investment objective statement updates
  • Execute mutual fund, individual stock, and individual bond trades for client accounts
  • Complete monthly regulatory account reviews
  • Assist Wealth Advisors with client and prospect projects

Other Qualifications/Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and experience in Trust Accounting Software (including trade execution).
  • Bachelors Degree Finance and Less Than 1 Year Portfolio Management, Financial Services Preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program Level I, II, or III Candidate Preferred
