SOLUTE Careers Senior Training Program Analyst - Aviation Fleet in Norfolk, Virginia
Sigma Defense is seeking a USFF N70 Senior Training Program Analyst - Aviation Fleet to provide on-site support to our customer in Norfolk, VA.
This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
10 years of experience is required if no degree is held.
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD issued Secret security clearance.
A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Support Tasks:
Assist in the validation and prioritization of aviation Fleet training to meet Fleet operations and provide recommendations to government personnel.
Assist in the development, coordination and maintenance of aviation fleet training policies, processes and programs associated with operational requirements.
Assist in the production and monitoring of training policies affecting the FRTP for aviation units/staffs and associated support of the OFRP.
Provide assistance and advice to government representatives related to aviation training in a variety of forums, meetings, conferences, and working groups.
Support Fleet aviation training policy and standards analysis including collaboration with DOD, OPNAV, NETC, SYSCOM, and subordinate Fleet staffs as well as representatives from other military services and other government agencies.
Provide recommendations to government representatives on the articulation and implementation of aviation Fleet training requirements and DOTMLP-F change requests.
Assist with the review of aviation-related NWTS products in accordance with ROCs and the FTC and provide recommendations to improve the associated standards and training assessment tools.
Assist with the review aviation-related instructions and doctrine, such as CONOPS, ROC/POEs, TTPs and provide recommendations to improve the documents and incorporate associated Fleet training.
Provide current, accurate and complete aviation training-related point/information papers, briefs/presentations, and executive summary memorandums for USFF leadership on training issues.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
