Description We are offering a role in the heart of Norfolk, Virginia, for a Receptionist in the telecom industry. Your workplace will be a fast-paced and dynamic office environment where you will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities, ranging from answering multi-line phone systems to organizing files. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-line phone systems, answering and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks and manage information.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members.

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Schedule appointments, managing calendars and ensuring all parties are informed of changes or cancellations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy

• Expert in email correspondence

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively
