Job Title: Commercial Plumber*

Hours: 8am-5pm

Pay: $25-$37/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to support our new construction projects in the Hampton Roads area. Our focus is primarily on new construction and renovation for hospitals and medical facilities. We currently have $1.2M worth of projects lined up over the next three months, including work at the Cancer Center at Riverside Hospital, All Sentaras, and the Health Center in Gloucester.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, particularly hospitals and medical facilities.

• Work with piping and PVC pipes.

• Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing.

• Proficiency in plumbing and piping work.

• Experience with PVC pipes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MEDGAS certification is a significant advantage.
