Patient Access Technician

Standard Hours – Monday-Friday 6:45AM-5:00PM ( 8 hour shifts )

Opportunity to work for a large healthcare provider

A day in the role…

· Answering phone calls

· Checking patients in and out

· Assisting patients with any questions that they may have

· Handling requests from providers for patient information and records

· Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating demographics

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Patient Registration| Medical Insurance| Medical Terminology

Core Experience:

· 1 + years of Medical Office experience

· Patient Scheduling

· Insurance Verification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
