Insight Global IAM Architect in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Principal IAM Architect to join one of our clients. They will oversee the architecture, deployment, and management of IGA/IAM Solutions. They will provide advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administer identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information systems. The architect will need to execute identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements. Must be able to create and maintain standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedure and infrastructure. They will assess current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with identity-first security strategies, industry guidelines, best practices and management approved standards. Architects and plans for implementing directives in secure and frictionless manner. Assists various IT departments with design, implementation and troubleshooting of security technologies.

Compensation: $57/hr- $67/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start day 1 of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

7-10 years of professional experience as an IAM Architect

 Proven hands-on experience in developing/architecting IGA solution using Saviynt.

 Proven hands-on experience in developing/architecting solutions using AD, Azure Entra ID, ADFS and BeyondTrust.

 10+ years of hands-on experience with directories, Single-Sign On (SSO), identity federation, privileged access management, automated life-cycle management

 Thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture and hands-on experience with Enterprise Application frameworks

 Excellent knowledge of MFA, risk based and adaptive access control and protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM

 Ability to translate business strategies and project portfolios into short and long-term architectural plans, detailed requirements, and models

 Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance null
