Job Description

To process, file and record all Digital Transformation & Technology budgets and payroll records, prepare and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions, billings and budget transfers, travel and petty cash reimbursements.

Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or finance practices, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of financial information systems. Knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access to prepare correspondence, create reports, and manipulate data. Demonstrated proofreading skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor and reconcile accounts to include preparing financial reports. Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment as well as to work independently and prioritize work. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment when making decisions. Demonstrated ability to research questions and interpret/explain complex regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others.

Conditions of Employment
