Job Description

To serve as a Human Resources Professional in support of the Employee Relations and Training and Development functions by consulting with employees and managers, analyzing data and situations, interpreting and applying policies and procedures.

Considerable working knowledge of human resources practices and principles. Knowledge of laws impacting employee relations to include FLSA , FMLA , ADA & EEO . Skill in the use of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and statistics, draw sound conclusions, and develop recommendations. Demonstrated ability to provide sound consultative services to managers and employees. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to assist in the development and delivery of training.
