Description

Our ideal candidate is a versatile professional with outstanding skills in data entry and manipulation, including proficiency in using advanced Excel features such as V-lookups and Pivot Tables. You'll be managing data input, verifying the accuracy of data, and generating reports to support our team members' informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data and records.

• Running routine reports and compiling data in Excel using V-lookups and Pivot Tables.

• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data sets.

• Assisting with the creation, distribution, and analysis of reports.

• Actively engaging in and contributing to continuous improvements regarding data management.

• Overall management of database systems and spreadsheets.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven data entry work experience

• Experience with MS Office and data programs, advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically V-lookups and Pivot Tables.

• Excellent typing skills with attention to details.

• Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.

• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
