Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Configuration Analyst to work a 6 month contract-to-hire role in support of one of our largest Healthcare Clients. The candidate will be fully remote and must be located in the following approved states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Working as part of the benefits configuration team on their legacy platform and QNXT

-Responsible for configuring commercial benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants.

-Configuring issues in benefits modules

Hourly Pay Range While on Contract: $40/hr - $53/hr

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of benefits configuration experience on the commercial side

-Strong understand of benefits business knowledge

-Ability to write a basic sql query

-Ability to use that analysis to make decisions to resolve issues

-Previous configuration within QNXT -STRONGLY desire a bachelor's degree but will take equivalent experience

-Ability to be coachable

-Team player null
