ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Norfolk, Virginia
Our client, a dynamic repair facility, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
Work Hours: 24 hours per week

Pay Range: $18.00 hour
What's the Job?
Perform routine clerical support for functional groups including copying, distributing mail, and maintaining records.
Gather, compile, and verify information, entering it accurately into documents and office systems.
Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with various administrative and professional employees.
Monitor and review standard expenditures to ensure office activities are conducted within established budgets.
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
What's Needed?
1-3 years of clerical experience, preferably in a repair center, industrial repair, distribution, or construction office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks based on workload.
