Our client, a leader in the production printing industry, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production team, leading and supporting the business produce high-quality products for the clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and ability to work together as a team.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Norfolk, NE

Pay Range: $16/hr

What’s the Job?

• Producing quality products that meet client specifications and company guidelines.

• Ensuring the correct materials are used and maintaining a high production rate while upholding quality standards.

• Following all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of the machine and immediate work area.

• Communicating effectively with team members to support smooth operations.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanical inclination and ability to work independently.

• Willingness to learn hands-on, with all training provided on-site.

• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout a shift.

• Experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment
