As an integral part of the Accounting team, you will manage inventory closings, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate closely with management on the annual budgeting process and strategic financial projects. salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Excellent background in manufacturing cost accounting. WIP, BOMs using GP Dynamics

• Prepare and record journal entries transactions for month end closing.

• Responsible for closing and other fixed asset functions for all companies.

• Prepare general ledger account analysis and other assistance/schedules during quarterly and annual closing including any other schedules to support the annual audit.

• Responsible for coordination/valuation of physical inventory cycle counts.

• Closing the month's inventory accounts in the most efficient manner, reconciling to insure accuracy.

• Examine ways to improve workflow. Knowledge/exposure using MS Visio or any other similar software

• Performs other duties as required that are in support of the department's goals to meet company deadlines and objectives.

• Full Cycle Accounting (5 years of experience is required)

• Great Plains (5 years of experience is required)

• Inventory Accounts (5 years of experience is preferred)
