Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Title Clerk in Noblesville, Indiana. The successful candidate will join our team and play a key role in processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing wholesale sales and titles

• Keep detailed records of customer and sales information, ensuring all data is up-to-date and organized

• Tracking out of state sales tax documentation

• Submit transfer work to the DMV

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, for data processing and documentation

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Manage and handle check processing and closing processes efficiently

• Signing over titles for all wholesalers paid in full

• Monthly reporting

Requirements

• Experience in Data Processing

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites - including Excel and Outlook

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills

• Proven ability in handling Documentation
