Robert Half Patient Care Coordinator in Noblesville, Indiana

Description

The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a healthcare organization in the Noblesville area to add a Patient Care Coordinator to their team!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities for the position include the following:

  • Answer high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous service.

  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to create a positive patient experience.

  • Schedule appointments for providers based on patient needs and availability.

  • Take accurate messages and task them to appropriate clinical staff for follow-up.

  • Respond to inquiries from clinic staff in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage and coordinate orthopedic patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely patient care.

  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to optimize appointment schedules.

  • Reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.

    Requirements

  • Patient Scheduling experience a plus

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year or customer service experience in a medical setting
