Job Title: Information Technology IT PMO Summer Internship 2025

Summary:Momentive IT Project Management Office (IT PMO) is seeking an Information Technology Summer Intern who is self-directed with a passion for technology, project management, collaboration and creative problem-solving. In this role, you will support multiple IT projects and/or PMO operations processes, learn about our project management system and processes as well as work closely with several groups within our Global IT department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the IT PMO Manager and other IT PMO Staff in PMO operations activities:

• Assist in operating IT PMO processes.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Partners across the global team.

• Administration of the project and portfolio management tool (no experience necessary).

• Creation of analyses, reports, or presentations while learning about our project management methodology

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work well with teams

• A desire to learn Advanced Project Management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar major

Program Requirements

• The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

• The candidate is expected to be available to work in person 40 hours a week for 10-12 weeks between May and August.

Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, use hands to type, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and do extensive reading. May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move a light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information. Students enrolled in a Graduate degree level program are eligible to receive a higher rate than the range listed below. Master's rate: $32/hr; PhD rate: $37/hr

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
