  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR, labor relations, or a related administrative role. Internships in labor relations or HR are also applicable.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Basic understanding of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Kronos and SAP systems.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position..
